A MoU between IGNOU and Apollo Hospitals Educational & Research Foundation (AHERF) was signed to co-operate with IGNOU in launching a number of educational courses in Para-medical Sciences, Allied Health Sciences, Medical Specialty and Super-specialty sciences and Medical Assistantship programs.

Post Graduate Program in Clinical Cardiology (PGDCC)

This initiative was designed to establish a core program dedicated to train larger numbers of medical graduates in Clinical cardiology to deal effectively with the early recognition, management and prevention of common cardiovascular diseases (Non Invasive Cardiology) and associated diseases particularly Diabetes Mellitus.

Certificate in Hospital Administrative Assistantship (CHAA)

The objective of this hospital-based, full-time Programme is to train manpower for the following job positions for hospitals and healthcare institutions: Ward Secretary, Front Office staff, Patient Care Executive etc, and other supportive roles required in a hospital and healthcare Institution.
