Our nurses are proud of their work and they delight patients and families by contributing positivity and shouldering responsibilities with care, compassion and dedication, the three foundations of domain of nursing. Every nurse is privileged to be a part of the hospital insignia that authenticates the commitment and trust endowed upon nurses by the organization. Recently the nursing team was significantly appreciated during Joint Commission International Inspection for fourth reaccreditation process. In the present world of skyrocketing healthcare costs all across the globe, nurses can make a significant contribution in cost effectiveness because they work closely with patient within the context of cost-quality constraints of health service delivery and can bring about huge cost saving impact. Nurses are essential partners for assuring effective and efficient healthcare systems and must be strategically positioned to provide creative and innovative solutions that make a real difference to the day-to-day lives of patients, health systems, communities and the profession. As an innovation, our nurses also participate in Lean Six Sigma Projects to control wastages and improve quality of care.
