“Excercise for at least 45 minutes a day is what I tell my patients” But when you exercise make sure all you get is exercise and not any of the infections from the gym or common workout areas.
Gym is a germ zone as people gather in close proximity and sweat a lot. Fungus and certain bacteria grow well in moist areas. You can get these infections by touching the equipment that have these germs on its contact surface and then touching your eyes or nose with these hands. These germs can also enter the body from any skin scrapes or abrasions.
You can acquire common infections like
1. Athletes foot
2. Jock itch
5. Herpes simplex
8. Streptococcal Bacteria
10. Viral Conjunctivitis
