Healthy Plum Pudding

Healthy Plum Pudding

Healthy Plum Pudding –

Ingredients:
– 450 gm Flour
– 500 gm Apple
– 450 gm Butter
– 6 Eggs
– 300 gm Choco sponge crumb
– 25 gm Cinnamon powder
– 450 gm Sugar
– 25 gm Nutmeg powder
– 100 gm Caramel colour
– 900 gm Soaked mix fruit

plum Pudding Mixture:
– Yield: 32 X 100 gm
– 2kg Raisins
– 2 kg Cashewnut kanni
– 50 gm Cinnamon powder
– 50 gm Cloves powder
– 25 ml Rum
– 750ml Brandy
– 750 gm Ginger powder
– 50 gm Tutti frutti
– 2 kg black currant
– 500 gm dry fig
– 2 lit Orange juice
– 4 kg Orange peel

Method:
– Cream butter and sugar lightly.
– Slowly mix in eggs.
– Add rest of the ingredients to the sieved flour.
– Now mix all the ingredients and put it in a container and steam.
– Steam at 150 degree centigrade for at least 2-3 hours.
– Remove from the oven and cool.
– Put in muffin molds, press and serve with vanilla sauce.
