Exercise builds up the required strength & energy to keep your heart healthy. Depending upon the age exercises can be chosen. All age groups can do exercises without any restrictions. The physical activity one does in daily routine impacts on the heart. A person who is physically active, doing regular exercise, maintaining healthy body weight in them the chances of getting heart problems are very less; Cholesterol levels of the heart and blood will be normal, healthy fats required for the body only will be deposited.

Regular exercise can help you:

  • Reduce LDL “bad” cholesterol
